Here is exactly what happens next, so nothing sits waiting on an email neither of us sent.

Within one business day

You will get a message from hello@thepinstudio.co with a short set of questions about your business, your customers and what you sell most of. It takes about ten minutes to answer.

What to have ready

• Pinterest access. If you already have a business account, you can add us from Settings → Account management → Business access. If you do not have one yet, say so and we will set it up.
• Your website — the address, and a note if there is anything on it you would rather we did not send traffic to.
• Your logo, fonts and colours, in whatever form you have them.
• Your product photography. What you already have is almost always enough — send us the folder or a link to it.
• Anything you have tried before on Pinterest, including what did not work. This is genuinely useful and saves us weeks.

Then

On The Launch, everything is delivered within 7–10 business days of us having the list above, and you get a round of questions afterwards.

On the monthly plans, the first week is spent looking before changing anything — your account, your site, and what your customers actually search for. Boards and templates follow in weeks two and three, with your approval before anything is published.
