Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

The Pin Studio is run by Filipa Santos, a sole trader registered in Portugal, at Rua Santo Isidro, 2420-407 Leiria. You can reach us at hello@thepinstudio.co.

These terms apply to The Launch, The Organic Plan and The Boosted Plan. You accept them at checkout, and that acceptance is what makes them binding between us.

1. What you are buying

The Launch — $450, paid once. An account audit and business setup (site verification, rich pins), keyword research of 30–50 keywords mapped to buyer intent, 8–12 boards built and optimised for search, a profile pass over name, bio and cover, 10–15 Canva pin templates, 20–30 keyworded pin descriptions, and a one-page posting playbook. Delivered within 7–10 business days of us receiving everything listed in section 4, by email and shared documents, with one round of questions within 14 days of delivery. It does not include ongoing pin creation, scheduling, ads management or monthly reporting.

The Organic Plan — $600 per month. 30 fresh pins a month, account setup and upkeep, keyword research, a monthly report, and email support.

The Boosted Plan — $1,200 per month. Everything in The Organic Plan, 60 fresh pins a month, Pinterest Ads campaigns built, run and tested, your product catalogue connected, and a weekly optimisation review.

Throughout these terms, a pin means a newly designed graphic made for your account. Scheduling or re-pinning content that already exists is not a pin and does not count towards the monthly number.

2. Term, billing and cancellation

The monthly plans run on a three-month initial term, starting on the date of your first payment. Pinterest is a search platform and results build over months rather than weeks; three months is the shortest period over which the work can fairly be judged.

You are billed monthly in advance, on the same day each month, automatically to the card you used at checkout. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax that may apply to you.

If you stop the subscription during the initial term, the remaining months of that term stay payable and we will invoice you for them. After the initial term the plan continues month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice to hello@thepinstudio.co. Notice takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for.

The Launch is a one-time purchase with no ongoing commitment.

3. Advertising spend

On The Boosted Plan we build and manage Pinterest Ads campaigns for you. Pinterest bills you directly for the ad spend. It is never included in the plan fee and never passes through us. You set the budget, you control it, and you can change or stop it at any time. We work within whatever budget you set.

4. What we need from you

To start, we need access to your Pinterest business account (or your permission to create one), your website address, your logo, fonts and colours, your product photography, and your answers to the onboarding questions we send you.

We begin when we have those. If they arrive late, delivery dates move by the same amount — billing dates do not.

5. Ownership

Your Pinterest account is yours and stays in your name throughout. The boards, pins, templates, keyword documents and every other file we make for you are yours to keep. When an engagement ends we hand over the working files and remove our own access.

We may describe the work and its results as a case study, without naming you, unless you ask us not to. Tell us at any time and we will not.

6. What we do not promise

Pinterest is a platform we do not control, and its search results change. We cannot promise a particular ranking, a traffic figure or a number of sales. In our experience saves and impressions usually begin moving in four to six weeks and meaningful traffic takes three to four months, but that is a description of the usual shape, not a guarantee.

7. Refunds

If we look at your account and conclude that Pinterest is not a good fit for what you sell, we will tell you and refund you in full before starting work. We would rather do that than take money for something we do not believe in.

Beyond that: The Launch is refundable in full until we begin work, and not afterwards, because it is delivered as a single piece. On the monthly plans, a month that has already begun is not refundable.

8. Ending it from our side

We can end an engagement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately if a payment fails and is not resolved within 14 days, or if we are asked to do something that would breach Pinterest’s terms or the law. If we end an engagement early for our own reasons, we refund the unused part of the month.

9. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us about your business that is not public stays between us.

10. Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Payments and data

Payments are processed by Stripe, not by us; we never see your full card number. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for new customers at any time. The version you accepted at checkout is the one that applies to you for the length of your current term, and we will tell you by email before any change applies to a renewal.

13. Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, and the courts of Leiria, Portugal have jurisdiction.
